Return Policy

At Dtek Moto , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase:

    • If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind or because you inadvertently purchased the wrong product, we'll accept the return provided the item is in its new original condition. 
    • A restocking fee may apply, starting as low as 10%, depending on the item and packaging condition.
    • Please note that shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase will not be refunded.

  2. Electrical Items:

    • For electrical components such as ECUs, tuners, headlights, switches, or similar items, our official policy is no refunds or returns.
    • However, if the item is determined to be defective upon arrival ('bad out of the box'), we will work with you to find a solution.
    • Special circumstances or issues may supersede this policy, and we encourage you to reach out to us for assistance.

  3. Wrong or Defective Parts:

    • In the rare event that we make an error and send you the wrong part or if the item is defective, you are entitled to a complete refund or exchange.
    • We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.
    • Please contact us at dtekmoto@gmail.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Fine Print:

  • Exclusions: Please note that fuel tanks, batteries, and some other products are non-returnable items. Warranty issues for these items are to be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
  • Time Limit: Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
